The final member in the Team Rocket gang going against our heroes.

I think it's pretty obvious I used the Bug-Catcher trainer sprite to use as a reference. In fact Anthony's story is that he started out as a Bug Catcher before being offered a spot in Team Rocket!

I didn't add too many shadows to give him more of a 'bright' look. He's generally going to be a happy-go-lucky character.

Well, this is my final Team Rocket portrait. With any luck I'll get some inspiration and be able to do the Hero Group (and after that possibly Team Magma, Aqua, and Grove)



But seriously, what is it with Bug Catchers and Shorts?
